Service calls are free of charge if the equipment malfunction or damage is from general wear and tear or an if the cause of the issue falls to the lender. If the repairs are the result of misuse or neglect on the renters part, then the renter will be charged for the service and any other fees. This is why having renters insurance and including the DOZR REP on your rental is important.
