If the equipment issue is due to normal wear and tear, then generally the rental will be extended free of charge to cover any down time or unused time of the machine.
Any issues due to misuse or operator error will not be compensated.
Technicians determine what the error is while doing a service call. We recommend taking time-stamped photos of any damage of the machine upon arrival to protect yourself.
DOZR does not cover employee pay due to broken down machines.
