There are many reasons why it is beneficial to be on site to receive your rental. You can get the keys handed right to you and the delivery person can answer any questions you may have. However, it is not required for you to be on site.
If you will not be on site and have any special instructions for the equipment floater, be sure to ask your DOZR Sales Team Member for the contact information for the delivery driver. That way you can relay that information directly to them.
If you are the one renting equipment on DOZR but will not be on site, you can also provide an alternative on site contact to receive the rental.
